Caddy Instruction for Country Clubs
Work in a country club this summer! Larry Regan, a registered Boy Scout golf merit badge instructor and long-time caddy, presents a free three-evening class for prospective caddies. Mr. Regan will teach the students the rules and strategies of the game, as well as etiquette of caddying, for the benefit of boys and girls looking for summer employment as caddies. The class is limited to 30 students from seventh grade to college age. Register online, or call the Youth Services Department for more information.

Teen Tech Week is here!
Did you know the library has more for you than just books?
We've got movies, music, and even video games you can check out and take home! We also have lots of cool things you can do at the library.
To celebrate Teen Tech Week we're having a Stylin' MySpace Contest you can enter at the library. If you think you've got the best page on the web stop in and fill out an entry form. You could be the first-ever Stylin' MySpace King or Queen!
On Tuesday, March 4 from 3:30-5 pm you can come make slick and funky new cases for your cell phone and iPod using duct tape and felt! You can sign up online, in person, or call us at 708-485-6917.
Of course, we'll also have our usual meeting of the AniManga Club on Monday, March 3. We'll be watching an all-around favorite starting from episode #1 - Wolf's Rain. Come join us!

Late Night at the Library – An evening of games, Internet, Guitar Hero, and DDR. Snacks provided. Fri. 2/8, 6-9 pm
Young Adult Movie Night – Come eat some cheesy popcorn and watch a movie. Mon. 2/25, 6:30-9 pm
XBox After Hours – We supply the LAN for this after-hours gaming event. (Bring $5 for pizza) Fri. 2/22, 5-9 pm
Improv Winter Workout – Come stretch your drama muscles! We'll have snacks and fun. Tues. 2/12, 3:30-5 pm
AniManga Drawing Class – Learn to draw and create your own anime and manga characters. Sat. 2/16, 2-3 pm
Media Swap - Bring in your unwanted manga, books, CDs, DVDs, games, etc. and trade them. There will be snacks, games, and Guitar Hero too! Sat. 2/16, 1-4 pm
Sorry! We had to cancel this month's Late Night
Wish we didn't have to, but tonight's Late Night is cancelled because we couldn't find enough adult volunteers.
We really want to continue running Late Night every month! If you know an adult who likes Middle-School kids as much as we do, and wants to help us keep this great program going, tell that person to give us a call and volunteer. It's just a few hours once a month, and for a really worthy cause!
