Maeve's mother Nuala has never been the same since her baby sister Ishleen died. Now that her mother is pregnant again, Nuala is convinced this next baby is also Ishleen, ready to return to the family. Maeve thinks her mother may be right, but Maeve's father and brothers are far more skeptical, and a rift is growing.
