We want to thank Jim Clayton for an excellent performance at the library on April 17.  We are fortunate to be able to share some footage of the event, including Mr. Clayton playing "The Bells of Saint Mary's" on guitar and "Black Mountain Blues" on the mandolin. 

The Youth Services Department is proud to participate in the international Pennies for Peace campaign, a service-learning program founded by Greg Mortenson – author of the #1 New York Times bestseller Three Cups of Tea. Our kids will join tens of thousands of children around the world by donating pennies to support community-based education and literacy programs in remote areas of Afghanistan and Pakistan. The program will run through from April 13th through June 20th. Donation containers will be available in the Youth Services Department. Pennies only, please!
